Blog # 2.6 My teacher, My hero

A teacher is the builder of nation. He/she is a prestigious person in the society we have so many expectations from a teacher ranging from his role in classroom environment to his role as a citizen of the country.

In the classroom a teacher is to ensure the goals of education which can be specified as learning in terms of predetermined knowledge, skills, and attitudes in specific subjects. It is through these subjects that a teacher strives to achieve school goals as well as all-round development of students, which is the broader goal of education.

So I thank you Ma'am Malou Casama for everything. Your strict, loving, and funny attitude inspires me.

Blog # 2.5 Let's Make Better Mistakes!

Mistakes are part of the due one pays for a full life. -Sophia Loren

For me mistakes makes us a better person. It gives us lessons in life. Making mistakes are part of our life, it completes us. The worst mistake anyone can make is being too afraid to make one. It is the opportunities to learn.

Past mistakes should teach us to create a wonderful future; not cause you to be afraid of it. I made many mistakes in life but still I learned from it. Most of it. My lessons in life made me stronger in solving my problems.

Blog # 2.4 NCAE

“Without education, we are in a horrible and deadly danger of taking educated people seriously.”

Education means to know the knowledge. Without this, life of human being does not operate. Education teaches the lesson of humanity. Education is very necessary for every human being. Education does not mean to get specific skill and get employment. But we say that anybody got education, if he has developed from every angle. It means if you have gotten education, you have developed every field. Education can not only get in childhood. But it  is regular and continues process.

I'm not really particular with NCAE or National Career Assessment Examination. By the use of this examination you will know to what job or course will fit you in when you get to college. Some questions in the exam were hard. Some are not. I enjoyed answering the non-verbal exam.

Blog # 2.3 Go go Red Bayern!

Intramural sports or intramurals are recreationasports organized within a set geographic area. The term derives from the Latin words intra muros meaning "within walls" and was used to indicate sports matches and contests that took place among teams from "within the walls" of an ancient city
Intrams 2012 -2013 is one of my most unforgettable moment. I enjoyed, I laughed and I had a really nice bonding time with my classmates, schoolmates and teachers of course. I learned to be a good sport. I remember saying "winning is not important,  what's more important is to have a great time and make this intramural memorable"

Me, Dannah , Gem and Joyce joined chess and we earned 2nd place. I really had fun playing with the higher  and lower years. After our match we watched basketball. All of the players were great and really amazing.

Blog # 2.2 Language

language is a systematic means of communication by the use of sounds or conventional symbols. It is the code we all use to express ourselves and communicate to others. It is a communication by word of mouth. It is the mental faculty or power of vocal communication. It is a system for communicating ideas and feelings using sounds, gestures, signs or marks. Any means of communicating ideas, specifically, human speech, the expression of ideas by the voice and sounds articulated by the organs of the throat and mouth is a language. This is a system for communication. A language is the written and spoken methods of combining words to create meaning used by a particular group of people.

I would rather choose our English language instead of our native language. But is doesn't mean that I don't like our language. Its just that English language is more preferable. We can use the English language anywhere, by using this language we can easily communicate with other foreign citizens.

Demigod Blog #2.1

This is the story of Thalia, the daughter of Zeus, one of the greatest demigods and the bearer of the Golden Fleece.

I, Thalia, lived in Queens. I actually grew up there. Since I was a child, I knew that the world is full of affrays, hags and obnoxious and uncouth people. Can you imagine a demigod living like that? I had no consanguineous or rapport relationship with my so-called stepfather. He didn't even care about me. He is rambunctious and a conoisseur.I don't even know if I can still vociferate what he has been saying about my mother. He thought of her as a slut and a bitch. i wanted to punch him and stab him with a haft but I'm too good of a kid to do it.

I had pictures of my mother. She always wears a babushka with patterns of a lightning bolt. I always wondered what that means and one day I knew.

At school, my teachers keep close surveillance of me and it was annoying. I can never relieve any ennui from having constant detentions and failing grades.

While I was in one of my detentions, my teacher comes in. She was different, so much different. She had pale white skin, vicious fangs and looked like she came out of a nightmare. She came close to me and growled like an animal. I ran as fast as I can then my bestfriend ran to me and dragged me to the woods. He said, "Don't worry, I'm your protector". What does that supposed to mean? That's when i realized there was something different about me. I was special. A sudden rush of energy came to me.  I took  a scalpel knife that I always use in our biology class and stabbed her. I saw my bestfriend. He was unconscious. Our teacher incinerated into dust and it was disgusting. I remembered something from our Mythology class, she looked like a fury, spirits of punishment. My bestfriend woke up and told me that my life was going to change and i was a demigod, half-mortal,half-God.

Informal Theme #7 LIFE

LIFE

There are a lot of descriptions
either good or bad
or what we call criticizing or complimenting
but that shouldn’t matter
There are friends beside you
you should also know this
some of them were fake while some are true
that’s a normal fact in life

When we have enemies
it doeSN"T mean we’re bad
Just know it’s a normal thing
because life’s full of hatred and jealousy

all kinds of things may happen
whether it is happy or sad
that is life’s nature
That no one can change

Informal Theme #6 Environmental Crisis

Environmental crisis is the state of human-induced ecological disorder that could lead to the destruction of ecological conditions on this planet to such an extent that human life, at least, will be seriously impaired for generations, if not destroyed.

The gradual depletion of the ozone layer and the related "greenhouse effect" has now reached crisis proportions as a consequence of industrial growth, massive urban concentrations and vastly increased energy needs. Industrial waste, the burning of fossil fuels, unrestricted deforestation, the use of certain types of herbicides, coolants and propellants,: all of these are known to harm the atmosphere and environment. The resulting meteorological and atmospheric changes range from damage to health to the possible future submersion of low-lying lands.

People must avoid and use their disciplines. Environmental crisis is one of the most moral problem here in the world. We have to show the love and the care that we have to our mother earth before we lose it.

Informal Theme # 5 COMEDY

Romeo and Juliet is known for its tragic love story. But let's try to make a happy ending with a comic relief.

Romeo bought a vile from an old merchant. Then after that, he went to the tomb of Juliet and then when he saw Juliet, tears fell from his face. Then he decided to drink the vile. The vile that he bought from the old merchant was wrong. The vile that was given to Romeo was a love potion. So he became dizzy and fell asleep. And then after that, Friar Lawrence came and then he saw Romeo and actually thought that Romeo was dead already. Then Juliet woke up. And saw Romeo she cried and went to Romeo but then she noticed that Romeo is still breathing. She woke up Romeo and when Romeo opened his eyes the first person he saw was Friar Lawrence. And he was in love with Friar Lawrence.

Informal Theme # 4 Romeo and Juliet

Its been years when Romeo and Juliet was written by an amazing playwright named William Shakespeare. It is about the two young lovers whose deaths ultimately unite their feuding families. The story, Romeo and Juliet touched the emotions of the people and readers tracked the story until the end. It belongs to a tradition of tragic romances stretching back to antiquity.

And If I were to choose on changing the ending of the story or to stick on the original one. I would rather choose to stick on the original one, because not all love stories have happy endings. And accept the fact that if your relationship doesn't work out it does't mean that you won't have a happy ending. Because , I am sure that there is someone destined for you and maybe God is still working on your love story.

Romeo and Juliet did everything to unite their feuding families. They actually fought for their love until the end. But despite of all the things they did ,they both died.Love comes unexpectedly, you'll never know what will happen and when it will happen. It is something which can't be expressed in words but can be felt by anyone in the universe.

Informal Theme #3 Blood's Thicker Than Water

Family is very important in our lives. It completes and improves our personality. It teaches us good values in life. As the eldest of the family, I am the one who should always be responsible. I should be the role model. But there are times when I wish I was the youngest in the family.

For me, I can say that I already have the ideal family. I didn't say that my family is perfect. We are perfectly imperfect. We treat each other as very close friends. I am very open with my parents. And I am thankful to have a happy family.

You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them. A family is one of nature's masterpieces. I am very thankful to God because he blessed me a very strict father, a understanding and caring mother and two loving sisters.

Informal Theme #2 My First

I entitled my essay "My First" Because my father is the first man who came into my life. We treat each other like were very close friends, but of course the respect is always there. He always called me "Simang", because I'm always frowning. We agree to things like guns, computer games, and spicy food.We both love eating but he's the only one getting fat.

He's very strict on things like courtship, having a relationship, going out with my friends and many more. Sometimes I got upset with him because he is getting too strict. But still I'm forcing myself to understand his decision, because I know that in his every decision there is a positive effect on me.He's the kind of man who will do anything for his family. He always put his family before himself.

I thank you, because I would never be who I am today if not for your guidance, unconditional love and prayers. You are one person who steadfast in installing in us the values of love for family and God.You are our anchor and our reminder of everything that is good will eventually be given to the just and godly. And I am very
proud to say that you are my father. You are my Batman and my Superman. I love you Tatay!

Informal Theme #1 : Oh My!

From a fun and enjoyable vacation. A surprising start dazzled me. On the first day of school as a junior student. I did not expect that it would be that hard. New challenges, new set of teachers, and harder subjects. Some people say that JUNIOR year is the hardest year in high school.

The difference is that when we were in our sophomore year, we had a lot of free time and more fun. But now that I am a junior, I can say that this year our time won't be wasted. I have new set of classmates and as time passes by I know that I will be close to them. I also have a new adviser her name is Mrs. Louella R. Malimban, she's really cool.  A very cool adviser and a good teacher too, she teaches Analytic Geometry the easy way. Third year teachers are disciplinarians, they are very strict in cases like passing the requirements such as projects , assignments and many more.

Being a junior is somewhat exciting because you will encounter new challenges and you will learn new things. But there's always one thing that crosses my mind, " Yes! one more year and I'll be a senior! " Despite of all the problems I've encountered when I was still in my 1st year, I can proudly say that the problems I encountered in the past  helped me a lot.I am very thankful to have true and really good friends who stay by my side whenever I have problems and whenever I need there help, just one call or text and they will be there.
